The contractor induction is to be used when inducting approved contractors onsite. This has a list of topics to cover with the contractor as well as a register to sign after they have been inducted. There are headings and examples included but the form will need to be tailored to your organisation with additonal information addded e.g. assembly area, who to report incidents to.
