The process for reporting, recording, investigating and analysing all accidents, incidents and work-related illnesses is outlined in the Incident Management Procedure.
The return to work plan is used for formulating a return to work plan for an injured worker. The template contains a summary page to record details related to the worker and their injury (e.g. health professionals), a checklist of tasks to be completed for initial support and for injuries with time off longer than a week and overall plan development. Page two is a weekly plan. A separate weekly plan is to be completed for each week, or part of week, the worker is undergoing rehabilitation.The weekly plan includes things such as target number of hours to work each day, support people, medical restrictions and progress review. The template is to be completed jointly with the injured worker and management.
